Payment of the reservation: You pay 30% of the reservation when you sign the contract, and the rest 4 weeks before arriving at the villa.
House rules: Guests are obliged to keep the villas clean and to report any damage, and in case they do damage, they should repair it.
Security deposit: You pay €200 directly to the owner upon arrival at the villa.
